The Lakehouse, Harrow

The design and construction of a new dwelling house on a sensitive lake side estate. The proposal is for a fully inclusive and accessible two storey, three bed house, utilising various sustainable technologies including sedum roofing, rainwater recycling and solar water heating. The house response to challenging environmental site and planning constraints and is designed to compliment and enhance the neighbouring buildings, producing a high quality building that maximises views over the lake.
