Bramley Infants School
New school hall and associated improvements to a school near Guildford in Surrey. This innovative project is for a new free standing school hall with kitchen, toilets and storage as an addition to a growing church of England Infants’ school. The building system uses fitted out shipping containers which accommodate the ancillary facilities, to create the basic super-structure and form the open hall space. Sustainability and creative design have been core aspects for the project.
This project was led by Matthew Swinhoe, director of ZRP, whilst at Hutchinson Studio Architects.
