Victoria Road, Haringey

A conversion of an existing three storey town house into two self-contained flats, including the erection of a new external staircase with portico, new window openings, loft extension, and various internal amendments. The property sits within a conservation area in London, so presenting the scheme sensitively and convincingly in context was important.

ZRP have also completed a small rear extension to the property with a large picture window and sliding door to allow connection between inside and out.
